Meet The Dream Team

Melissa Robins

Melissa was born and grew up in Toronto with a loving family and friends who provide her with support. She joined The Dream Team over 5 years ago to raise awareness of mental illness and advocate for more supportive housing. Melissa is a consumer survivor and a cancer survivor. She attended OCAD for painting and drawing and graduated from cooking school and has since worked in the cooking and retail industries. Melissa enjoys activities such as art, dancing, makeup, poetry, cooking, and reading. She is a friendly, affectionate, open, and hardworking person who is intelligent and enjoys a good conversation. In the future she hopes to have her own apartment and a full time job.
